Terms and Conditions
What Did I Lend
Effective Date: July 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using What Did I Lend, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the application.
2. License
Zabingo Softwares grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal and lawful purposes.
Ownership of the application remains with Zabingo Softwares.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information,
- use the application lawfully,
- respect applicable messaging regulations,
- maintain backups if desired,
- Keep your device secure.
4. Local Data Responsibility
All lending records remain solely on your device.
Zabingo Softwares cannot recover lost information if:
- The device is damaged,
- The application is deleted,
- data is erased,
- or the device is reset.
5. Reminder Messages
Reminder messages are initiated solely by the user.
The application:
- does not automatically send messages,
- does not guarantee message delivery,
- is not responsible for delays caused by WhatsApp, SMS providers, or mobile carriers.
6. Permissions
Certain features require device permissions including:
- Camera
- Photo Library
Declining permissions may limit certain functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Zabingo Softwares.
Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is prohibited except where permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zabingo Softwares shall not be liable for:
- lost data,
- missed reminders,
- damaged relationships,
- financial losses,
- indirect damages,
- incidental damages,
- consequential damages.
The application is intended solely as a reminder and record-keeping tool.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Updates
We may release software updates that improve security, compatibility, or functionality.
Some updates may be required for continued operation.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue support or future updates at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where required by local consumer protection laws, users may also have additional rights under their local jurisdiction.

Data Deletion Policy
Since What Did I Lend does not create user accounts or store data on external servers:
- All user data remains exclusively on the user’s device.
- Users can delete individual records at any time.
- Uninstalling the application removes locally stored application data according to the operating system’s behavior.
- Zabingo Softwares has no ability to access, retrieve, restore, or delete user data remotely.
